Britney Spears has filed a temporary restraining order against a woman who was caught sneaking round her home.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins was arrested in April after security guards saw her acting suspiciously outside Britney's Los Angeles property.
The Toxic singer was not in her home at the time of her arrest as she was appearing in her Circus tour overseas.
After being advised it was unwise to appear before without a lawyer Judge Jay Ford III issued a temporary restraining order against Tozier-Robbins ordering her to stay at least 100 yards away from the singer and her home in Calabasas, Calif.
Tozier-Robbins - who once auditioned for American Idol - was two hours late for the hearing after she claimed she took the bus and got stuck in traffic.
She was released on her own recognisance and is due back in court next week.
