The singer-and actress is making the huge sum every time she judges the TV talent search show, while the other three panellists Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are each being paid $75,000 per episode, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
NBC ' the network which airs the series ' is spending $450,000 just on the judges for each show, not including the other production costs.
So far, the programme ' which requires the judges to critique singers on their vocal talents and nothing else - has proved to be a big success regularly pulling in over 10 million viewers.
The eventual winner will get a $100,000 recording contact to launch their music career.
Meanwhile, Cee Lo Green has admitted he is struggling to cope with his increased fame since 'The Voice' started.
The 'Forget You' singer ' whose solo LP 'The Lady Killer' has been a global hit and who is a member of Gnarls Barkley ' admits being on TV has made him recognisable to a lot more people and on occasions he finds it exhausting to speak to so many fans.
He said: 'To have to talk and talk and talk - it takes a toll on you. There's no way you can avoid people unless you can afford to fly private all the time, and I can't . It's a toll of being talented."
