The 'Angels' singer and Ayda Field visited lawyers over the last month to thrash out a legal deal which sets the maximum payout the actress can expect to receive if the couple divorce.
Robbie's personal fortune is £80 million and his substantial assets include an £8.5 million mansion in Calne, Wiltshire, South West England, a £9 million yacht and a fleet of expensive cars and motorbikes, including a £300,000 black Rolls-Royce with a personalised number plate.
He is also set to earn millions from his upcoming reunion tour and album with former band Take That.
Meanwhile, more details of Robbie and Ayda's wedding have been revealed.
The couple have scrapped plans to tie the knot on the island of Catalina - which is located 20 miles off the coast of Los Angeles - instead opting for a ceremony in a top secret location followed by an intimate reception at the pop star's £12 million Beverly Hills mansion.
Robbie's parents father Pete Conway and mother Jan Williams have flown out to the US for the big day, while Ayda's mother Gwen will be present but not her estranged dad, who lives in Turkey.
The 36-year-old singer's best friend Jonathan Wilkes will also be there as well as his manager Josie Cliff.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Robbie just wants to get married in a lovely private moment with his parents and Ayda's mother looking on.
"He will have a handful of very special people including his manager Josie and his best friend Jonathan.
"The couple will tie the knot and then enjoy a small reception at his house. He does not want a big circus and just wants a private affair behind closed doors."
However, none of Robbie's Take That bandmates - Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange - will be attending as they are all on separate vacations.
After the big day, the 'Rock DJ' singer will go on a two-week honeymoon with Ayda, 31, before he starts promoting his new single 'Shame', which is a duet with Gary.
